STEP 2

or through a money transfer using Moneygram or Western Union to Lorena Loarca Oliva.

STEP 3
Send proof of payment and questionnaire
Send a photo of the payment and the
form to email
lorenaturo2024@gmail.com
You will then be given
the dates and times
available for appointments.
If your resources are limited or if you are unemployed, send a proof of unemployment and your bank statement of the last three months. We will also need a letter authorizing the verification of the documents to apply for a discount or eventually get a 30-minute free appointment.
